Preventative Maintenance Evaluation
Preventative Maintenance Evaluations are the starting point for most of our customers and one of our most popular services for real estate investors. We will complete a thorough evaluation of the interior, exterior, as well as all the major systems in throughout your property. A detailed report will be provided stating the condition of all aspects of the property from acceptable to defective. If defective areas are discovered additional information and repair estimate will be provided. Our Preventative Maintenance Evaluations cost $250.00 and if you get $1000 or more of service with us the $250.00 will be credited towards your bill.
